Terms of Service

Indiana Concrete Coating provides premium epoxy and polyaspartic concrete floor coatings for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Indiana. All estimates are free and provided on-site. An estimate is a good-faith quote based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection; final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins.

We reserve the right to revise an estimate if site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed, or if additional prep work is required that could not be reasonably foreseen.

Our residential coatings are backed by a lifetime warranty against peeling, delamination, and adhesion failure for as long as the original homeowner owns the property. Commercial and industrial coatings carry warranty terms specific to the project, detailed in your service agreement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural concrete failure, flooding, settling or cracking of the underlying slab, improper cleaning, or modifications made by anyone other than our authorized installers.

You agree to prepare the work area as instructed before our crew arrives, including removing vehicles, stored items, and fragile belongings from the floor. The space must be accessible and, for winter or basement installs, climate-controlled to the temperature range specified in your agreement.

You agree to maintain the coated surface per our provided care instructions and to notify us promptly if any issue arises so we can address it under warranty.

Payment terms, including any deposit and final payment schedule, are specified in your written service agreement. A deposit may be required to hold an installation date. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice.

You may cancel a scheduled estimate at any time. To cancel a scheduled installation, please notify us as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within a certain window of the install date or if materials have already been ordered; the specific window is stated in your service agreement.

If work has already begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis reflecting work completed and materials committed. Our goal is always fair and transparent resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indiana Concrete Coating's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
